Urethane Foam

Urethane foam is the most versatile of all foams. It can be molded into any shape, size, color, finish or density, one could imagine.

Latest technology in plastics is in the urethane industry!!! “Biobased” foam - This is foam made from domestically grown and processed soy bean oil. (completely independent of imported petroleum products)

The main types of foam UltraFoam offers are Integral skin, Microcellular, Flexible and Rigid.

Realistic tooling prices are one of our industry staples. Lowering tooling expenses and prompt delivery times of less than six weeks are a blessing to engineers as well as end users.

Advantages, to name a few, in dealing with UltraFoam are accountability, excellent quality control program, on-time shipments, and complete employee involvement on every project.

Factor in an integrated network of a tube bending Company, metal stamping company, urethane systems blending company and a wood working facility all under the roof of UltraFoam Inc. and you will find yourself with a completely finished part with one center of responsibility.

Our “can-do” attitude will stay with you from design and development, thru to production and delivery.

Another important reason is our environment! Our urethane foams do not use any CFC’s or HCFC’s. We were the first company in the world to mold Urethane products with Soyoyl. Saving our planet from depleting oil reserves and not polluting the land with harmful petroleum byproducts are very important to UltraFoam and our generations to come.

Most important reason of all is economics. With our control over all aspects of molding urethane foam parts, we offer a one-stop shop, saving the customer markups, inserts and shipping to name a few hidden costs.
