Company History

Ultra Foam was started in 1979 by five brothers named Kurth. We brought a “can do” attitude to the urethane industry. Over the past couple of decades we have been able to lead the industry in the molded integral-skinned market. We were one of the first companies to mold I-skin foam without CFC’s and HCFC’s. We were the first company in the world to mold urethane foam from Soyoyl. We have numerous patents in Urethanes and are always designing new systems.

In the recent past we have expanded our interest to several other areas. We now do more than just mold Urethanes, we also make the systems that are used in the ever evolving Urethane molding industry. We now have a tube bending facility, metal stamping facility as well as wood processing capacity and powder coating

The five brothers are extremely close and work together. We have built our business on family unity and shared attitude. Everyone working at one of our company’s experiences the same enthusiasm as shared by the brothers. We believe your work environment is your second family. Usually spending more time there than with your primary family.
